Growth Parenting was born from a simple mission: to empower parents to raise confident, resilient children. Our approach blends compassionate coaching with practical, evidence-based strategies, creating a reassuring space where families can thrive and grow together.

I am a certified parenting coach through the Jai Institute for Transformational Parenting, an internationally recognized nonprofit organization. My interest in parent education began during my decade as a high school teacher, where I saw how essential parents are to their child’s success - and how often they feel unprepared and uninformed.

Becoming a parent myself deepened this awareness as I was struck by how little support parents receive. Parenting can feel overwhelming, and while we’re often told our instincts will guide us, many internalized beliefs and patterns can cloud our ability to access that inner wisdom.

My deepest desire is to help you clarify your vision for your family and strengthen your confidence as a parent. I’ll support you in creating a foundation of safety, trust, and connection, while exploring topics like attachment theory, nervous system science, emotional co-regulation, reflective listening, and more. I would be honored to stand alongside you in your and your family's journey of growth.
